Kazi Ridwan Arefin

I am a multidisciplinary fullstack developer, specializing in startups and MVPs. I served several successful startups as CTO, and worked in many successful MVPs that have successfully met the client/investor satisfaction.

I started my career as a PHP rookie in 2013, then I also started leaning towards Javascript; and in few years I taught myself several backend frameworks like laravel (starting from 3.5), codeigniter; and frontend frameworks like AngularJS to hybrid app frameworks like Ionic. Latest addition to my arsenal is react and nodeJS. Along with many third party API integrations which were needed in my projects (twillio, paypal, stripe, google maps, salesforce along with many other third party solutions).

Apart from software development & engineering, I am very passionate about UI/UX design, tooling, leadership. With all these things, my communication skill also helps me to glue the team and the client together as one entity, and ensures a great efficiency in the team.

Throughout my professional career I've worked in more than 50 commercial projects, served as different software development positions, starting as junior frontend developer to CTO of several successful startups.

UPBit is a software development agency, founded by Kazi Ridwan and Nazmus Sakib in 2014. It was born out of necessity, to accommodate more developers in ongoing project, and later became a developer/freelancer hub to collaborate on products that needed larger teams.
